MBSR is an empirically supported psycho-education group for individuals experiencing stress from chronic physical and psychological conditions. Sessions begin October 19th, 2017 and runs 9 weeks on Mondays from 6pm-8:30pm. The group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and teachers practical skills to manage stress. It is designed for individuals suffering from chronic stress, illness and pain.
