Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group

MBCT is an evidence-based group program to prevent depression relapse and reduce anxiety. The program is 8 weeks in duration and runs Friday mornings from 9:30am-12 noon, beginning February 2, 2018. MBCT can increase awareness of ways of habitually reacting to situations in order to choose to respond in more skillful ways. Participants will learn a variety of skills and practices to manage depression, anxiety and prevent relapse.
