Accessibility

Chancellors Way Medical Arts Centre conforms to Ontario accessibility standards. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 was passed by the Ontario legislature with the goal of creating standards to improve accessibility across the province. We are committed to serving the needs of people with disabilities and their families.

Our Building

The main entrance walkway uses specialized accessibility ceramic tiles that are bright yellow for the visually impaired and are non-slip. We have fully accessible public bathrooms on both levels, which include support grab bars and an adult change table. Our hallways and doorways are extra wide to conform to the newest standards. We also have a Guelph Transit Mobility Bus stop in front of our building.
